Sales, Delivery and Payment Terms
All offers, orders and deliveries are solely in accordance with the following terms and conditions. The person placing the order (Buyer) declares himself to be in agreement to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions also apply to all future transaction.
The Buyer decides which good(s) out of the product range he would like to buy from strikstof. He decides for a product by pushing the button “ADD TO CART“. In the end of order transaction the Buyer finally makes a binding offer to buy the item(s) mentioned in the “SHOPPING CART“ by pushing the button “COMPLETE PURCHASE". After that the Buyer will get an email-confirmation from Strikstof. This email also contains the invoice. After receiving the full payment mentioned in the invoice THE BOW TIE sends the good(s) as soon as possible to the Buyer. The contract of sale between THE BOW TIE and the Buyer will be concluded by sending the good(s) to the buyer.
3. Payment and Delivery
Strikstof reserves the right to supply goods only through payment in advance by credit card, paypal or bank transfer. Payments must be made, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days after receiving the invoice.
Deliveries that are late or that have not been made do not, under any circumstances, constitute grounds for a claim for compensation on the part of the Strikstof. Strikstof is entitled to make partial deliveries.
Some of the goods are customer-specific (made-to-order). The cancellation, exchange or return of customized products is not permitted. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the the product and packaging is still intact.
Please do not return goods under any circumstances without a copy of the delivery note. Returns cannot be processed without the delivery note. Do not enclose the invoice, requests for an exchange or new orders.
If the reason for the return is an error on the part of Strikstof, please do not send the goods unfranked. We will reimburse postage costs (normal dispatch by post or parcel service). Once the returns have been processed, you will receive a credit note to the value of the goods without any deductions.
If there is no error on the part of Strikstof, there is no legal basis for complying with a request for the goods to be returned. We may, in exceptional cases, agree to such a request in writing without any legal obligation to do so.
5. Right of revocation
The time-limit shall be deemed to be observed by the duly dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the duly reshipment of the merchandise.

Consequences of revocation
Consequences of revocation In case of a valid revocation, all mutually received performances as well as emoluments (e.g. interest) are to be restituted by both sides. If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the merchandise to us or can only restitute it in a deteriorated condition, then you have to insofar compensate for its value. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively caused by examining the merchandise or its intended use. “Examining the merchandise or its intended use" means the examination like it is possible and common as for instance in a retail store. Things that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned on our risk and costs. Things that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of the declaration of revocation. The deadline starts with your dispatch of your cancellation request or the item in question; for us it starts with our receipt of the same.
The right of revocation does not apply on contracts for the supply of goods produced according to customer specifications.
6. Returning Products
Buyers from the outside of the European Union have except in case of paragraph 4 section 1 a right to return their purchase within a period of 30 days after delivery. In this case refunds on returned merchandise will be made upon receipt of goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Strikstof reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned products before issuing a refund.
The object of the contract is solely the product sold with those properties and features as well as for the intended purpose as laid down in the confirmation of the order. Other, or additional, properties and/or features, or an intended purpose which goes beyond this, are only regarded as having been agreed if they are expressly confirmed by Strikstof in writing.
Complaints must be addressed to Strikstof immediately in writing. In case of hidden defects as soon as the Buyer gains knowledge. Goods that are the subject of a complaint must be made available to Strikstof. If the goods have already been forwarded or distributed to more than one recipient, Strikstof is not liable for any costs for collating the goods that are the subject of the complaint. In the event of a justified complaint Strikstof first of all has the right to rectify the situation, and to eliminate the defect(s) or resupply. In case of unsuccessful supplementary performance Strikstof take the goods back and refunds the purchase price (withdrawal).
Strikstof would expressly like to point out that Strikstof is unable to take back goods in an improved state.
Strikstof has sole copyright on all goods, samples and graphic representations supplied or made available by Strikstof. The Buyer is expressly forbidden from making copies of these or allowing copies to be made.
The place of fulfilment and sole jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the present contract is Amsterdam, unless otherwise stated in the confirmation of the order.
The contractual language is English.
Should individual provisions of the present contract be or become ineffective, or they contain a loophole, then the remaining provisions are unaffected by this.
Delivery & Returns
We offer flat rate word wide shipping for all placed orders. We will charge you 6,90€ per order. All shipments do receive a tracking number and will have to be signed upon receipt.
Please bear in mind that every order we receive is handmade and made to order. It normally takes us 5 business days getting your product ready. Once ready to be shipped orders within The Netherlands normally take 2-5 business days while international orders vary depending on the location.
If your delivery address is within the EU 21% VAT is included in your total price. Prices for all other destinations do not include VAT but you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office for further details.

Do you ship internationally?
That we do! Depending on the country's custom policies the bow ties normally take one to two weeks to ship after order placement. International Shipping is $20. Please note that some international shipments may be subject to duties or tariffs. Canadian shipments through FedEx always charge duties, tariffs, and taxes to import and these are the responsibility of the purchasers and are not included in the price of shipping.
How are Two Guys Bow Ties made?
When designing a bow tie we shape the wood, sand and then polish it with a nice finishing oil to ensure its life. For some of our bow ties we laser etch designs into the wood. We then find the perfect accenting fabric that will bring out the natural grain and beauty of the wood to finish the piece.

What neck size do Two Guys Bow Ties fit?
The bow ties come with an adjustable band with attached bow-tie clasps that fit between a 14" to a 21.5" neck.

We carry an array of exotic woods including White Oak, Walnut, Wenge, Padauk, Shedua, Bocote, Sapele, Lacewood, Zebrawood, Canary, Peruvian Walnut, and more.
What fabrics are Two Guys Bow Ties centerpieces made of?
We use cotton, silk and satin for our centerpieces.
Does Two Guys Bow Ties make custom bow ties?
Yes, we do! You can select your own wood and fabric and we will make it. If you're ordering them for a wedding we also offer a special discount!
Do the bowties come gift-wrapped?
We send our unique bow ties in equally distinctive branded kraft boxes.
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you love your bowtie and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with it in any way we offer free exchanges and returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Please place a return request through your account or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization before shipping your tie back to us. Without authorization, we will not be able to accept the return. Once we receive your authorized return we will ship out the new bow tie. Please note you will be responsible for any price difference of the new tie. When sending an authorized return for a refund, please send us back the tie with a note explaining your return. You will be refunded the original purchase excluding shipping costs. Custom bow ties or lapels are nonrefundable since they are made to order. Custom bow ties include any tie with a custom engraving, built with the custom builder, and skyline bow ties. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned Wood Brimmed Fedoras.
